  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in if the guest provides false or misleading information.
  • Special requests (such as early check-in, late check-out, or specific room preferences) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

1.3 Payment Policy

  • Guests must make full or partial payment at the time of booking, depending on the hotel’s payment policy.
  • Payment can be made via credit/debit card, UPI, or bank transfer.
  • The hotel is not responsible for transaction failures due to technical issues with the payment gateway or banking networks.

  • Guests are responsible for their own safety while using hotel amenities like the swimming pool, gym, or parking.

1.8 Prohibited Activities

  • Any illegal activity, including drug use, gambling, or solicitation, is strictly prohibited on hotel premises.
  • Excessive noise or disturbances affecting other guests will not be tolerated.
  • The hotel reserves the right to evict any guest found violating these policies without refund.
