1. Cancellation & Refund Guidelines
- Flexible Cancellations: Guests can cancel their booking up to 48 hours before check-in to receive a full refund.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be subject to a 50% deduction from the total booking amount.
- No-Show Policy: If a guest does not check in on the scheduled date without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
2. Early Check-Out
If a guest checks out earlier than the booked departure date:
- A partial refund may be considered if notified at least 24 hours before early check-out.
- If no prior notice is given, the remaining stay amount will not be refunded.
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
- Payment gateway/bank processing charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Non-Refundable Bookings
Certain promotional rates, discounted bookings, and special packages may be non-refundable. Such bookings will be clearly mentioned at the time of reservation.
5. Force Majeure
Hotel Saket reserves the right to modify or waive cancellation policies in case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies. Guests will be informed in such cases.
